For homeless young people, a job is almost as important as a home.
We give them the opportunity to complete their education, gain skills and prepare for a career.
We work with each young person to come up with a plan to reach their goals. Our programmes include:
Information, advice and guidance sessions on job searching and CV writing.
Higher education workshops run with universities to help young people with their applications.
Classes to help young people improve their basic maths and English skills.
Work experience, traineeships and job skills workshops to prepare young people for a career.
Life skills training to help young people budget, pay bills and live independently.
Support to express themselves through drama, fashion, dance, music and photography.
Centrepoint young people can apply to our bursary to get help with their education, employment and training goals.

Being homeless takes its toll on young people. We give them the support they need to look after their mental and physical health.
Centrepoint gives homeless young people a place to stay while they get the help they need to move on to independence.
At all times our aim is to prepare homeless young people to live independently.
